Angela Sun, an American journalist, television sportscaster as well as documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun is a multi-award winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She has a bachelor's Degree in Communication and Sociology at the University of California. Sun's surfing skills were outstanding and she took part in several pro-am competitions. Sun received sponsorship from major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The recognition provided a fantastic slingshot for her career in entertainment. In the future, she would go on to become a film director, investigative reporter and sportscaster. Sun has worked for many news networks, mostly as anchor. She was also the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. She was host of American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. Sun was the host of The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. Sun was the first Asian American to appear in ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun is a regular in a number of films, and earned fame and praise for her acting prowess. Sun has appeared in films like Goliath 2016. (Hit the Floor from 2014 to 2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009), Street Kings (2008), Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004, and Shackled. Sun, who wrote and produced film Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch about ocean plastic pollution and its environmental effects in 2014, released the feature length film.
